How May I Help You?

Legal Help, not solicitation -
Digital evidence is now required and important in many civil, and criminal cases.

How to Seek Legal Assistance

Important: This process is designed for transparency and mutual clarity. Your inquiry is a request for information, not a solicitation from us.

Step 1: Initial Inquiry (No Charge)

What to Do: Send a brief message via WhatsApp / Arattai / Telegram / Signal / Instagram, email, or phone explaining your legal issue in one go.

Include:

  • Brief description of your problem

  • Type of matter (cyber law, property, family, criminal, etc.)

  • Any urgent deadlines or court dates

  • Your location

Why This Helps: This allows proper assessment of whether your matter falls within our expertise, leading to a more focused discussion.

Step 2: Initial Review & Fee Discussion

What Happens:

  • We review your initial message and any documents you've shared

  • We assess the complexity and legal issues involved

  • We discuss consultation fees transparently before proceeding

Consultation Fees (as from January 2026):

  • Basic Legal Consultation: ₹1000 (for straightforward queries)

  • In-Depth Analysis: ₹5,000 (for matters requiring complex review of documents, typically up to 50 pages) Digital Evidence Certification: Quoted based on volume and complexity

Note: Fees are discussed and agreed upon before any paid work begins.

Step 3: Paid Consultation ("Legal First Aid")

What You Receive:

  • Clear analysis of your legal position

  • Explanation of relevant laws and procedures

  • Practical roadmap for next steps

  • Honest assessment of strengths and weaknesses

  • Written summary (if requested)

This is NOT formal representation. You receive guidance and a "second opinion" that you can:

  • Use to make informed decisions

  • Share with your existing lawyer

  • Keep for future reference

Step 4: Formal Representation

(If needed)

When Court Representation is Required:

An official advocate-client relationship begins only when:

  1. Both parties agree to the terms of engagement

  2. You sign the original Vakalatnama (formal authorization document)

  3. The Vakalatnama is delivered to us (in person or by registered post)

Question - You may ask like - "Can I send a photo of it on WhatsApp / Arattai / Telegram / Signal / Instagram or Email?"

ANSWER - "(Note: A photo/PDF of the Vakalatnama on WhatsApp / Arattai / Telegram / Signal / Instagram / E-Mail is not sufficient for court records. We need the physical paper with your original signature.)"

Easy-to-Understand Analogy:

Think of consultation as getting a diagnosis from a doctor. You discuss your symptoms, receive advice, and get a prescription.

Formal representation is like admitting to a hospital for surgery. It requires signing admission forms and a formal doctor-patient relationship.

Similarly:

  • Consultation = Discussion and advice

  • Vakalatnama = Official authorization to represent you in court
